08 SEPTEMBER 2009 WASHINGTON, D.C. – Philippine Secretary of National Defense Gilberto Teodoro met with Philippine Ambassador to the United States Willy C. Gaa today to consult and discuss on ways to further boost RP-US security cooperation.  Joining Ambassador Gaa and Secretary Teodoro are M/Gen. Eduardo Oban, Jr., Consul General Domingo Nolasco and Political Minister Andrelita Austria.
