20/04/2016: ELECTIONS 2016: INSTRUCTION TO VOTERS
ELECTIONS 2016
STEP 1: Check if you are listed as a registered voter under the jurisdiction of the Embassy of the Philippines in Washington, D.C. Click here.
STEP 2: All registered voters that provided complete mailing addresses within mainland USA at the time of registration should receive their ballot packets by 22 April 2016. The accomplished ballots sealed in the provided ballot envelopes should be returned to the embassy by mail or in person no later than 9 May 2016, 5:00 am (EDT).
Registered voters with mailing addresses in the Caribbean may receive their ballot packets and submit their accomplished ballots sealed in the provided ballot envelopes at the following activities organized by the Philippine Honorary Consulates and/or Filipino Community organizations:

STEP 3: For voters in mainland USA who do not receive their ballots by 22 April 2016, please refer to the lists of (1) ballot packets marked RETURNED TO SENDER by the USPS and (2) voters with no mailing addresses on record on the Embassy’s homepage www.philippineembassy.usa.org under Consular Announcements on the right-hand side panel. Voters whose names are included in either list may provide their correct mailing address by sending an email to ov.wdcpe@gmail.com (cc wdcconsular@gmail.com) or personally appear at the embassy to cast their vote.
