Ambassador Gaa Welcomes Embassyâs New Veterans Affairs Officer, B/Gen. (Ret) Victor Corpus

16 OCTOBER 2009 WASHINGTON, D.C. – B/Gen. (Ret) Victor Corpus (right) presents his latest book entitled, “America’s Dim Mak Points: Unrestricted Warfare in the 21st Century,” to Philippine Ambassador to the United States Willy C. Gaa (left) during his courtesy call on the Ambassador following his assumption of duty as the new Veterans Affairs Officer of the Philippine Embassy.

As a son of a former World War II veteran, General Corpus welcomes the opportunity to be of service to all Filipino World War II veterans in the United States.
