17/12/2012: Deadline of Submission of ‘Manifestation of Intent to Vote’ on December 21

For those who have not participated in the past two elections, please be advised that you have until 21 December 2012 to submit your ‘manifestation of intent to vote’ in the 13 May 2013 national elections.

Submissions can be coursed through the following:

  1. Philippine Embassy or Philippine Consulate General that has consular jurisdiction over your state of residence or directly with the Committee on Overseas Absentee Voting in Manila
  2. Online via www.comelec.gov.ph/coav
  3. Facsimile at fax no. (632) 521-2952

To ascertain your identity, manifestations should include the following: (a) Embassy or Consulate where you are registered; (b) maternal middle name and (c) birth date.

A list of overseas absentee voters who failed to vote in two consecutive elections can be accessed via www.comelec.gov.ph/oav/uploads/pdf/oav_lists/FailedToVoteTwice.pdf and www.dfa-oavs.gov.ph/images/pdf/failedtovote.pdf.
